BANANA CREAM PIE 1 banana 1 baked 9-inch pie shell 2 1/2 c. cold milk 2 pkg. vanilla or banana instant pudding 2 c. Cool Whip Slice banana into the pie shell. Prepare the pie filling mix as directed on the package for pie, using 2 1/2 cups cold milk. Fold in 1/2 cup of Cool Whip and pour over banana. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with remaining whipped topping; garnish with banana slices and mint.
