QUICK PEACH COBBLER 1 large can peaches or pears, sliced 1 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1 egg, beaten well 1 stick margarine Grease well a 9-inch square pan or Pyrex dish. Put sliced peaches on bottom. Mix flour and sugar; add beaten egg. Mix well. Mix will be coarse and dry. Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches with hand. Melt margarine and spoon all over top of flour mixture. Also you can add cinnamon and vanilla to peaches. For larger cobbler, add more peaches. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Take from oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over crust after the cobbler has baked about 30 minutes. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
