PUDDING DELIGHT Crust: 1 1/2 c. flour 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. nuts, chopped Filling: 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip Mix crust ingredients into dough and press into bottom of casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees approximately 25 minutes. 2nd Layer: Mix vanilla pudding as directed on package and pour over crust. 3rd Layer: Mix chocolate pudding as directed on package and pour over vanilla pudding. 4th Layer: Spread Cool Whip over chocolate pudding. Garnish with whole pecans or flaked chocolate. Refrigerate.
