YELLOW PORRIDGE 1 qt. milk 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar 3 eggs 3 tsp. vanilla 3 Tbsp. butter Simmer milk, cornstarch and salt 7 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly until thick. Add sugar. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add 2 tablespoons hot milk to eggs and stir. Then add to mix slowly. Cook a few minutes longer; add vanilla and butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
