COCONUT RICE PUDDING 2 c. cooked rice 1 c. coconut 1 Tbsp. flour 3 egg yolks Beat in with hot milk (1 3/4 cups). Mix all together. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Beat egg white. Put on top of cooked rice pudding; sprinkle coconut on top. Put back in oven, brown.
