TROPICAL SHERBET 1 (8 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple (juice pack) 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel 1 c. buttermilk Mix and place in a bowl with lid that may be placed in freezer. Freeze for several hours. Remove from freezer and break frozen mixture into chunks. Transfer half at a time to a blender; cover and blend until smooth. Transfer to bowl; repeat with remaining frozen chunks. Add 1/4 cup flaked coconut, if desired. Return to freezer for 6 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes prior to serving.
