CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BARS 1 pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix evaporated milk 3/4 c. melted butter 1 c. chocolate chips 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels Mix cake mix, melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread 1/2 mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramel with 1/3 cup evaporated milk in double boiler. Sprinkle chips and pecans over bottom. Drizzle caramel over. Spread or crumble other half of batter over top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before cutting.
