CHOCOLATE CAKE 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 23 tsp. sugar substitute 3 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 c. water 1 Tbsp. white vinegar 2 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1 envelope lo-cal whipped topping mix 1 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. skim milk Combine flour, sugar, sugar substitute, cocoa, salt and baking soda together in a 9-inch cake pan. Stir well. Pour in water, vinegar and vanilla. Stir with spoon until mixture is well blended. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 25 minutes. Combine all ingredients for Topping and beat until mixture is consistency of whipped cream. Spread on top of chocolate cake and enjoy.
