Old Bay seasoning 1/4 c. dried onions (optional) Empty salmon in bowl (drain and remove skin); break salmon into small pieces; add egg, flour and seasonings. Makes about 4 or 5 patties. Spray skillet with Pam, cook on medium heat about 10 minutes, turning until both sides are brown.
