FRENCH SILK PIE 3/4 c. butter, softened 1 c. sugar 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted 3 eggs (room temperature) 1 baked pie shell whipped cream Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Blend in chocolate. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat for 5 minutes after each addition. Pour into pie shell. Chill until serving time. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
