CREAMY RICE PUDDING 3 c. cooked rice 3 c. milk 1/2 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Combine rice, milk, sugar and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until thickened, about 30 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour into serving dish. Serve hot or cold. Makes 6 servings.
