Cool. Put in pastry shells. Cheese Pastry: 1/2 lb. butter 1/2 lb. cheese, grated 2 c. flour 3 Tbsp. sugar salt Mix well. Chill 12 hours. Use plenty of flour when rolling out. Bake in small muffin tins.
