SOUR CREAM PINEAPPLE PIE 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 2 c. sour cream 1 deep dish baked pie crust (graham cracker) 1 small container Cool Whip Combine all ingredients in a bowl including juice from pineapple. Blend slowly for 1 minute (no mixer). Pour into pie shell. Chill. Then top with Cool Whip before serving.
