LEMON PIE DESSERTS 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 3 c. milk 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding (instant) 1 large container Cool Whip Crust: 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. pecans Mix ingredients for crust. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. After cooled, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on top of crust. Mix pudding with milk. Pour over cream cheese mix. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
