NAVAJO FRYBREAD

4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. powdered milk
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water

Mix together all ingredients. Fry in 1 or 1 1/2 inches
hot fat.
Tacos (Navajo): Cover frybread with favorite chili mix.
Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion and chopped olives, as
desired.
