RITZ PECAN PIE 3 egg whites, beaten stiff 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder dash of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. broken pecans 20 Ritz crackers, crushed Gradually add sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla to stiffly beaten egg whites. Fold in pecans and Ritz crackers. Spread in buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool, then top with whipped cream. Chill overnight.
