PIZZA CRUST 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2/3 c. milk 1/4 c. salad oil Measure flour, baking powder, salt, milk and salad oil into bowl. Stir until mixture leaves side of bowl. Knead dough in bowl 10 times. Divide in half. Roll each one on lightly floured board into circle. Pat into a pizza pan. Turn up 1/2-inch edge. Brush each crust with 1 tablespoon salad oil. Layer pizza toppings and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Makes 2 pizza crusts.
