CHERRY COFFEE CAKE OR DESSERT BARS 1 c. margarine 1 1/4 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Cream ingredients together. Spread 2/3 of dough in jellyroll pan which is greased. Spread cherry pie filling (1 large can) on top. Drop 1/3 remaining dough over top of pie filling and spread with fork. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Drizzle powdered sugar frosting or plain powdered sugar on top. Note: Good for a crowd!
