PEANUT BUTTER PIES

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
softened
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 (16 oz.) container frozen
whipped topping
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 (9-inch) graham cracker
crusts
chocolate shavings (optional)

Combine cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and
fluff. Gradually add whipped topping and powdered sugar.
Continue beating until smooth. Spoon into pie crusts. Freeze
at least 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with chocolate shav-
ings. Makes 2 pies.
