RHUBARB CRISP 4 c. sliced rhubarb 1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. oatmeal 1/2 tsp. oatmeal Arrange rhubarb in shallow baking dish. Cream butter; blend in sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in oatmeal. Sprinkle mix over rhubarb and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
