LEMON TARTS 1/2 c. butter or margarine 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 lemon tart shells Cut lemon in eighths, removing seeds. Chop lemon, including rind, coarsely in blender. Add sugar, butter (cut into chunks) and eggs. Blend well. Pour into 6 tart shells. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degrees oven.
