FRENCH APPLE PIE 6 c. sliced apples 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbsp. tapioca (if using frozen apples) unbaked pie shell Mix well and pour into a unbaked pie shell. Crumb Topping: 1/2 c. margarine 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour Mix well with pastry blender and place over apples. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
