AMAZING APRICOT PIE 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. Bisquick 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained 1/2 c. apricot preserves Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Mix all ingredients except preserves in blender until smooth approxi- mately 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Cool completely. Heat preserves over low heat until melted. Spread over pie. Cool. Serve with Cool Whip.
