EASY JELLO PIE 1 (3 oz.) lime jello 2/3 c. boiling water 2 c. ice cubes 8 oz. (3 1/2 c.) Cool Whip, thawed ready-made chocolate crust Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. Blend in Cool Whip. Then (using a wire whip) whip until smooth. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 3 hours. Other flavors of jello may be used.
