CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1/3 c. milk 2 Tbsp. milk 3 oz. softened cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 graham cracker crust Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons milk in saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted. Beat sugar into cream cheese and add remaining milk. Add chocolate mixture and beat until smooth. Fold into Cool Whip and blend until smooth. Spoon onto crust and freeze until firm. Store in freezer.
