HOLIDAY PUMPKIN PIE 2 eggs 1 can (30 oz.) Libby's pumpkin pie mix 2/3 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk 1 pie crust (shell) Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Using in large bowl, slightly beat eggs. Stir in pie mix. Add evaporated milk, mixing thoroughly. Pour in pie shell. Bake 50 minutes until knife comes out clean. Cool on rack. Makes one pie.
