PISTACHIO BREAD 4 eggs, beaten 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. pistachio pudding 1 c. sour cream or sour half and half 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. oil 3 Tbsp. sugar 3 tsp. cinnamon Mix all together except sugar and cinnamon and pour 1/2 of mixture evenly into 2 greased loaf pans. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 mixture over loaves. Pour rest of dough into pans and rest of sugar to top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
