TORPEDO BREAD

1 large loaf whole French
bread
3 scrambled eggs
hamburger
1 can green chilies
1 can olives
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1 onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Remove top of bread horizontally. Empty out inside of
loaf. Try not to put holes in bread. Scramble eggs; spread in
bottom of bread. Brown hamburger, draining all grease but 1
tablespoon . Add seasonings, chilies and olives; mix well.
Spread over eggs. Slice onion in rings. Brown rings in
butter. Layer over burger. Grate cheese and layer on top.
The more the better. Take the top of bread; replace it.
Place loaf on tinfoil; completely cover. Cook in 400 degrees oven
until cheese is completely melted, about 1/2 hour. Remove from
oven; cut in slices. Garnish with salsa. Serve hot. Serves
5.
