CHEESY MASHED POTATOES 8 medium potatoes, peeled 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1/4 lb. butter dash of garlic salt dash of pepper 1 egg 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Cook potatoes and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, seasoning, egg and green onions. Pour into casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and nicely brown. This can be made ahead and baked just before needed.
