EASY CROCK-POT BEANS 5 cans of any beans (choose your favorite: baked beans, black eyed peas, green beans, wax beans, butter beans, kidney beans, lima beans, garbanzo beans, pork and beans) 8 slices bacon 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 medium onions, sliced thin 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tsp. mustard Brown bacon and remove. Brown onion in fat. Crumble bacon. Pour off most of the fat. Add brown sugar, vinegar, garlic and mustard. Simmer 15 minutes. Open 5 cans beans and mix in large crock-pot. Pour bacon and onion mixture over top. Cook on low all day. Also may be baked in large casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
