RANCH-STYLE POTATO SLICES 6 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices 1 c. water 1 c. prepared cheese sauce, heated 1 c. prepared ranch salad dressing 1/4 c. chopped green onions 1/2 c. crumbled cooked bacon Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potato slices in nonstick 8-inch square baking pan. Pour water over. Cover and bake until potatoes are tender but not crumbly, about 40 minutes. Drain off water. Pour cheese sauce and ranch dressing over potatoes. Sprinkle with green onions and bacon. Serve immedi- ately.
