SCALLOPED CORN

1 (1 lb.) cream-style corn
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper

Heat oven to moderate 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients,
pour into 1 quart baking dish. Bake 35 minutes.
Scalloped Corn And Ham: Make Scalloped Corn, except add
one cup diced cooked ham.
Cheese Scalloped Corn: Make Scalloped Corn, except add
1/4 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
