BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can condensed cream of
celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. oleo margarine

Cook broccoli. Place broccoli in 1 1/2 quart round
casserole dish. Beat soup and milk with beater until smooth.
Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix Bisquick and
oleo until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake approximately
20 minutes at 400 degrees. Crumbles will be light brown. Serves 6 to
8.
Marion Boykin's variation: Use 1 can cheese soup in
lieu of celery soup and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese; omit Bisquick.
Top with 1/2 cup crushed saltines; drizzle with 4 tablespoons
melted butter.
