SWEET POTATOES (MICROWAVE) 1 lb. sweet potatoes butter salt cinnamon or nutmeg Scrub potatoes well. Prick with fork in several places. Put the potatoes on a paper towel in microwave oven, cook for about 10 minutes or until tender when pierced. Remove from oven and allow to stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with butter, salt and cinnamon or nutmeg. Serves 3 to 4.
