BROCCOLI TARTS 1 c. cooked broccoli 3 green onions, minced 1 c. light cream 1 tsp. salt 3 oz. soft cream cheese 1 c. flour 1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1 stick soft butter Chop broccoli (frozen can be used, just cook until thawed, do not overcook). Mix together well cheese, onion, cream, eggs and salt. Add to broccoli. Blend butter, cream cheese and flour; mix well and roll into balls the size of walnuts. Press into very lightly greased muffin pans to form shells. Fill shells to the top with broccoli mixture. Bake in 400 degrees oven about 20 minutes until golden. Cool about 10 min- utes. Turn out and serve hot.
