SWEET POTATO/APPLE SCALLOP 6 medium sweet potatoes, sliced 6 tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/4 c. brown sugar 3 Tbsp. oleo or butter 1/4 c. water Arrange potatoes and apples alternately in layers in a greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle brown sugar on top. Dot with oleo or butter. Pour water over top. Cover and bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour. Serves 6. This is real good with ham or baked pork chops.
