HASH BROWN POTATOES WITH CHEESE 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 c. onion, diced 1 c. cream of chicken soup 2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. margarine, melted 8 oz. crushed corn flakes 8 oz. sharp cheese Mix thawed potatoes with other ingredients except corn flakes. Place mixture in casserole. Sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake one hour or until bubbly and brown, uncovered at 375 degrees. (May be made ahead and frozen.)
