MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 3 lb. mushrooms 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (can substitute chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing) 3/4 to 1 lb. sharp cheese, shredded 1 c. half and half Slice and saute mushrooms in own juice for 7 minutes. Prepare stuffing according to directions on package, using mushroom liquid. Layer half of mushrooms in a casserole, followed by half the stuffing, then a layer of cheese. Repeat. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight. Pour 1 cup half and half over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
