BEAN AND BACON SLAW 1 3/4 c. drained kidney beans 1/2 c. celery 1/3 c. onion 4 strips bacon (fry and crumble) 2 c. shredded cabbage 2 Tbsp. parsley 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 Tbsp. sugar Mix together kidney beans, cabbage, celery, parsley, onion and bacon. Stir vinegar into mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over salad mixture. Toss and serve.
