PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 1 can chunk pineapple 3 Tbsp. flour 3 Tbsp. sugar 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Hi Ho cracker crumbs 3 Tbsp. melted butter Set oven to 325 degrees. Drain pineapple chunks; place pineapple in 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Mix the tablespoon flour and 3 tablespoons sugar. Put over the pineapple. Sprinkle the pineapple juice over the layers, about 3 tablespoons juice, then put the cheese over the pineapple layer. On the top, place the Hi Ho cracker crumbs and drizzle the melted butter over top and place in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes. Good served with all cuts of pork.
