CHEESE-GARLIC MASHED POTATOES 7 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled; mashed with a little milk and butter 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 Tbsp. chives 1 clove garlic, minced salt to taste Mix all ingredients well. Place in buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. These make up great ahead of time and taste wonderful as leftovers.
