OVEN ROASTED POTATOES 1/2 c. butter or oleo 2 tsp. parsley flakes 6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt dash of pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in 13 x 9-inch pan. Roll potatoes in the butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover pan with foil. Return to oven and bake 1 1/2 hours. If you like a crispy crust over entire dish, turn after 3/4 hour of baking. Put potatoes in serving dish and pour butter from pan over them. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
