BAKED BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 1 large egg 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup, undiluted 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked according to directions 1 medium onion, chopped 1 c. grated Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs mixed with 2 Tbsp. melted butter or cheese crackers may be used Whisk egg slightly, add mayonnaise and soup and blend. Stir in the cooked broccoli, onion and cheese. Turn into baking dish. Sprinkle with crumb mixture, then bake until bubbly, about 35 minutes at 350 degrees in 6 x 10-inch Pyrex casse- role.
