MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 4 c. mixed vegetables (frozen can be used) 1 small onion, chopped 3 tsp. butter 1 can cream of celery soup salt and pepper to taste 1/2 grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/3 c. melted butter Cook mixed vegetables in boiling salted water. Drain. Cook onion in 3 teaspoons butter until soft. Stir in soup, salt, pepper, cheese and mixed vegetables. Place in 2 quart casserole. Toss bread crumbs with 1/3 cup melted butter. Spoon over mixed vegetables. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
