BAKED TOMATOES

4 medium to large ripe
tomatoes
8 Tbsp. Italian style bread
crumbs
4 pats oleo or butter
1 slice Cheddar cheese, cut
into 4 sections
salt to taste

Slice top off each tomato; lightly salt top of tomato.
Place 1 thin pat of butter/oleo on each tomato. Add 2 table-
spoons bread crumbs and 1/4 slice of cheese on each tomato top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tomato is done. Serves 4.
