BAKED TOMATOES 2 large tomatoes, halved 2 green onions, minced 1 tsp. minced fresh parsley 1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper Place each tomato half cut side up on a large square of double thick foil. Sprinkle the surface of the tomato halves with green onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Bring the foil up and around the tomato half. Seal the sides of foil, but leave a space at the top for steam to escape. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings, 20 calories each.
