SPINACH CASSEROLE 1 chopped onion 1 cube margarine or 1/2 c. butter 1 to 2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped to bite-size 2 cartons frozen spinach, cooked and drained 1 c. sour cream Parmesan cheese Saute onion in margarine for 5 minutes, add spinach, artichoke hearts and sour cream. Mix well. Put in casserole dish and top with a thick layer of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is browned and bubbly (about 20 minutes).
