RICE, CHEESE AND CORN BAKE 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 3 Tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 c. butter 3 1/2 c. fresh or frozen corn 1 c. raw rice, cooked 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese (12 oz.) 1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. paprika Saute celery and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add corn, rice, cheese, milk, salt and paprika. Mix and place in buttered 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
