SAUSAGE-EGG BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 9 eggs 3 c. milk 4 slices white bread, broken in pieces 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 lb. ground sausage 1 1/2 c. grated cheese Brown sausage well and drain thoroughly. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt together; add bread, cheese and sausage. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. This is especially handy for a company breakfast. Makes 1 (9 x 13-inch) casserole.
