BAKED FISH 2 lb. fish fillets or steaks salt and pepper 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated onion 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted Heat oven to 350 degrees. If fillets are large, cut into serving pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Mix lemon juice, onion and butter; dip fish into butter mixture. Arrange fish in greased baking pan 9 x 9 x 2-inches. Pour remaining butter mixture on fish. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with paprika if you like. Makes 6 servings.
